Ingredients

  • 5 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

How To Make asian chicken

  • Step 1
    Place thighs in slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, Worcestershire, tapioca, garlic, brown sugar, and oyster sauce together. Pour over the top of the chicken and tie up the liner.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Break up chicken into pieces with two forks. To thicken the sauce (if desired),add cornstarch. Serve chicken and sauce over rice or on sandwich bun.
