I was looking at some of my recipe books last night and I found this in one of my Amish cookbooks. I haven't made this but it sounded very interesting. I'm planning to try it in the next week or so. The book says is not only delicious but very filling. I hope you like it.
1Stack ingredients on plates in layers, using cracker crumbs first, then rice, followed by ground beef. The order of the other ingredients is not important. Top with grated cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese soup.
* Use approximately 1 package taco seasoning per pound of ground beef.
