- 1/2 cup salt
- 4 slices bread
- 36 - crackers (saltines)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 3 cups tomato juice or milk
- 4 - eggs
- 2 - onions (diced)

Step 1Mix well and pack in wide mouth qt canning jars. Boil 3 hours in a boiling water bath or at 10 lbs pressure for 90 minutes
