Ingredients

  • 15 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 4 slices bread
  • 36 - crackers (saltines)
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3 cups tomato juice or milk
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 - onions (diced)

How To Make amish canned meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix well and pack in wide mouth qt canning jars. Boil 3 hours in a boiling water bath or at 10 lbs pressure for 90 minutes
