- 2 pounds stew beef
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mixed dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, marjoram)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 bottle dry red wine
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until brown.
