- 1 cup v-8 vegetable juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 5 - potatoes, cubed
- 2 - carrots, sliced
- 2-3 - stalk celery, chopped
- 2 small onions, sliced

Step 1Put all ingredients in a 6-quart crock pot. Slow cook on low for 8 hours. (Do not recommend cooking in high)
