24 HOUR POT ROAST
- 2-3 lb
- rump roast or your favorite cut ~ frozen
- envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can(s)
- golden mushroom condensed soup
Mix onion soup mix, mushroom soup and water to your portion. Mix, pour over roast. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Start cooking on low before you leave for work.
If you want potatoes and carrots and have some time when you get home, turn crockpot on high, then give the veggies a head start in the microwave til just barely tender and then place in crockpot to finish cooking.
