Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh/thawed and deveined shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make wally's soy b-b-q shrimp

Step 1In small bowel mash garlic and salt together, add remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp in a shallow pan, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Put shrimp on skewers. Grill 3 min. on one side, turn baste with marinade grill for 3-4 min. turn if necessary and baste once again or until shrimp is done and serve.
