My husband has made these years and the whole family just loves them. It is a simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh/thawed and deveined shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make wally's soy b-b-q shrimp

  • Step 1
    In small bowel mash garlic and salt together, add remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp in a shallow pan, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Put shrimp on skewers. Grill 3 min. on one side, turn baste with marinade grill for 3-4 min. turn if necessary and baste once again or until shrimp is done and serve.
