My husband has made these years and the whole family just loves them. It is a simple recipe.

  • 2 lb
    fresh/thawed and deveined shrimp
  • 2 clove
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Wally's Soy B-B-Q Shrimp


  1. In small bowel mash garlic and salt together, add remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp in a shallow pan, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Put shrimp on skewers. Grill 3 min. on one side, turn baste with marinade grill for 3-4 min. turn if necessary and baste once again or until shrimp is done and serve.
