Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 medium green bell peppers seeded thinly sliced
- 2 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 - 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
How To Make wallys chinese pepper steak

Step 1trim all fat from steak. slice it in thin slices, Heat the oil in large skillet. Sprinkle meat with garlic salt and add meat slices to oil, cook rapidly until meat is light brown, stirring occasionally. remove meat with a slotted spoon set aside. place green peppers and onion to remaining oil in pan. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often. add soy sauce, tomatoe sauce, and sugar. Simmer 3 to4 minutes. return meat. cook 1 min. Serve over rice
