Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 pound bonless,skinless chicken breast,cut in thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 10 cups fresh or frozen vegtables your choice

Step 1For stir fry sauce ,mix all small ingeredients in a small bowl set aside

Step 2For stir fry In a large skillet or wok stir-fry chicken and garlic in hot oil until browned.Add vegatables,cover and cook 5 min.(longer if vegatables are frozen)stir occasionally.Cookuntil vegatables are tender,but still crisp.Stir in sauce,cook until, thickens.Serve over warm rice
