Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 pound bonless,skinless chicken breast,cut in thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 10 cups fresh or frozen vegtables your choice

How To Make vegetable and chicken stir fry

  • Step 1
    For stir fry sauce ,mix all small ingeredients in a small bowl set aside
  • Step 2
    For stir fry In a large skillet or wok stir-fry chicken and garlic in hot oil until browned.Add vegatables,cover and cook 5 min.(longer if vegatables are frozen)stir occasionally.Cookuntil vegatables are tender,but still crisp.Stir in sauce,cook until, thickens.Serve over warm rice
