Stir-Fry Lobster & Green Beans

I'm a big fan of Asian Cuisine. This quick & easy absolutely delicious meal is quite healthy. No need for order take out when you can prepare this in the comfort of your kitchen. You can substitute any protein you wish. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. Cooking with Passion, sw :)
Ingredients

1 lbgreen beans, sliced

SAUCE
-
1 cwater
-
1-2 tsppalm sugar

2 Tbspfish sauce, light

2 Tbspsoy sauce, light

·zest and juice of 1 lime
-
LOBSTER AND VEGGIES
-
2-3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 smallred onion, sliced
-
3 mediumgarlic cloves, minced
-
1 Tbspginger, finely chopped
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 Tbsplemon grass, finely chopped
-
1 mediumred pepper, sliced
-
2 lbsteamed lobster, cut in chunks
How to Make Stir-Fry Lobster & Green Beans
- Add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce sauce to a 1/3.
- Meanwhile, blanch greens beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes than place in a water bath. Drain green beans
- Add oil to a high-heat wok. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger and lemon grass for 1 minute.
- Add red peppers and green beans to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- Toss in lobster and stir fry for 1 minute. Add warm sauce and cook until veggies and lobster are well coated and heated through. Serve warm.
