stir-fry lobster & green beans

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, sliced
- SAUCE
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 teaspoon palm sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce, light
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
- - zest and juice of 1 lime
- LOBSTER AND VEGGIES
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon grass, finely chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, sliced
- 2 pounds steamed lobster, cut in chunks
How To Make stir-fry lobster & green beans

Step 1Add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce sauce to a 1/3.

Step 2Meanwhile, blanch greens beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes than place in a water bath. Drain green beans

Step 3Add oil to a high-heat wok. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger and lemon grass for 1 minute.

Step 4Add red peppers and green beans to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes

Step 5Toss in lobster and stir fry for 1 minute. Add warm sauce and cook until veggies and lobster are well coated and heated through. Serve warm.
