Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    green beans, sliced
  • SAUCE

  • 1 c
    water
  • 1-2 tsp
    palm sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce, light
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • ·
    zest and juice of 1 lime
  • LOBSTER AND VEGGIES

  • 2-3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 small
    red onion, sliced
  • 3 medium
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon grass, finely chopped
  • 1 medium
    red pepper, sliced
  • 2 lb
    steamed lobster, cut in chunks

How to Make Stir-Fry Lobster & Green Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce sauce to a 1/3.
  2. Meanwhile, blanch greens beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes than place in a water bath. Drain green beans
  3. Add oil to a high-heat wok. Saute onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, ginger and lemon grass for 1 minute.
  4. Add red peppers and green beans to wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
  5. Toss in lobster and stir fry for 1 minute. Add warm sauce and cook until veggies and lobster are well coated and heated through. Serve warm.
