Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 0.25 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely choped
  • 0.25 cup peas, cooked
  • - coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons crushed groundnut
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

How To Make soya granules

  • Step 1
    Soak the soya granules ( 1 cup) in 2 cups of hot water for 2-3 mins. Strain off the hot water. Add cold water to the soya such that the granules separate out. Squeeze all the water from the soya granules and keep it in a separate dish.
  • Step 2
    Fry chopped onions till golden brown and add cumon seeds, chopped garlic in medium flame till oil separates from it. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed groundnuts. Add cooked peas.
  • Step 3
    Add the soya to the above mixture. Add salt to taste. Cook it for 10 mins.
  • Step 4
    Healthy option for kids and diabetic patients. Is a good breakfast option too.
