For Crockpot. This dish is easy to put together and tasty. You will never miss the meat.

I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor.

(No liquid is added to the crockpot.)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1 c
    sliced onion
  • 1/2 c
    celery, sliced
  • 2 c
    chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
  • 2 c
    napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, sliced
  • AFTER COOKING ADD:

  • ·
    salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste

How to Make Oriental Vegetable and Tofu Supper

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

    Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste and serve with rice.
