I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor.
(No liquid is added to the crockpot.)
Ingredients For oriental vegetable and tofu supper
firm tofu, drained and crumbled
chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
napa cabbage, chopped
sugar snap peas
AFTER COOKING ADD:
salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste
How To Make oriental vegetable and tofu supper
Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste and serve with rice.
