Oriental Vegetable and Tofu Supper

I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor.
(No liquid is added to the crockpot.)

Ingredients

16 ozfirm tofu, drained and crumbled

1 csliced onion

1/2 ccelery, sliced
-
2 cchinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced

2 cnapa cabbage, chopped

1 csugar snap peas
-
1/2 ccarrots, sliced

AFTER COOKING ADD:
-
·salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste
How to Make Oriental Vegetable and Tofu Supper
- Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste and serve with rice.
