For Crockpot. This dish is easy to put together and tasty. You will never miss the meat. I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor. (No liquid is added to the crockpot.)

16 ozfirm tofu, drained and crumbled

1 csliced onion

1/2 ccelery, sliced

2 cchinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced

2 cnapa cabbage, chopped

1 csugar snap peas

1/2 ccarrots, sliced
- AFTER COOKING ADD:

salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste

1Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste and serve with rice.
