For Crockpot. This dish is easy to put together and tasty. You will never miss the meat. I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor. (No liquid is added to the crockpot.)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 2 cups chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
  • 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • AFTER COOKING ADD:
  • - salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste

How To Make oriental vegetable and tofu supper

  • Step 1
    Stir all ingredients together in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste and serve with rice.
