For Crockpot. This dish is easy to put together and tasty. You will never miss the meat. I got this recipe from a friend who is a vegetarian. The flavors blend together during the crockpot cooking time and you get a wonderful flavor. (No liquid is added to the crockpot.)

Ingredients
- 16 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cups chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
- 2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- AFTER COOKING ADD:
- - salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste
