Ingredients For oriental chicken and veggies

4boneless skinless chicken breast
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 pkgfrozen green beans
-
1 cdiced celery
-
1 canabout 1lb bean sprouts(drained of water)

3 Tbspapple cider vinegar
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 mdtomatoes cut into wedges
-
3 chot cooked rice
-
3/4 cwater
How To Make oriental chicken and veggies

1cut chicken into 1/4 inch strips
-
2sprinkle salt in a large frying pan. Add chicken and saute stirring often 10 minutes push to one side

3place frozen beans in frying pan cook breakin beans apart as they thaw 5 mins stir in celery,bean sprouts,3/4 cup of water, vinegar and pepper heat to boil cover and simmer 5 mins.

4Blend cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water until smooth in a cup stir in soy sauce stir into mixture in frying pan. cook stirring constantly. until mixture thickens and boils 3 mins. lay tomato wedges on top cover again. steam 5 mins or just until tomatoes are heated through.

5Spoon a ring of rice around the edge of each 6 heated plates spoon chicken mixture in middle place tomato wedges on top

6makes 6 servings 293 calories each enjoy :-)
