Not so much a recipe as an idea. I love California rolls but when I am watching my calories/carbs I figured I could do without the rice. This is quick and easy and can be used for many different variations of rolls.

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks imitation leg style crab
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 3 slices avocado
  • Optional - wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, siracha

How To Make low carb california roll

  • Step 1
    Carefully unroll 1 imitation crab leg.
  • Step 2
    Place cucumber and avocado slice (and any other veggies you want to add) on top of crab sheet and roll up. Carefully slice or leave whole. Repeat for other 2 crab legs.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with optional ingredients.
