Not so much a recipe as an idea. I love California rolls but when I am watching my calories/carbs I figured I could do without the rice. This is quick and easy and can be used for many different variations of rolls.

Ingredients
- 3 sticks imitation leg style crab
- 3 slices cucumber
- 3 slices avocado
- Optional - wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, siracha
How To Make low carb california roll

Step 1Carefully unroll 1 imitation crab leg.

Step 2Place cucumber and avocado slice (and any other veggies you want to add) on top of crab sheet and roll up. Carefully slice or leave whole. Repeat for other 2 crab legs.

Step 3Garnish with optional ingredients.
