Not so much a recipe as an idea. I love California rolls but when I am watching my calories/carbs I figured I could do without the rice. This is quick and easy and can be used for many different variations of rolls.

How To Make
Carefully unroll 1 imitation crab leg.
Place cucumber and avocado slice (and any other veggies you want to add) on top of crab sheet and roll up. Carefully slice or leave whole. Repeat for other 2 crab legs.
Garnish with optional ingredients.
