Not so much a recipe as an idea. I love California rolls but when I am watching my calories/carbs I figured I could do without the rice. This is quick and easy and can be used for many different variations of rolls.

How to Make Low Carb California Roll


  • 1Carefully unroll 1 imitation crab leg.
  • 2Place cucumber and avocado slice (and any other veggies you want to add) on top of crab sheet and roll up. Carefully slice or leave whole. Repeat for other 2 crab legs.
  • 3Garnish with optional ingredients.
