8 tspsrirachia sauce
2 Tbsplow fat mayo or vegenaise
12 slicecucumber slices
1 tspsesame oil

How to Make Korean Turkey Burger on greens
- Preheat grill to medium-high
- Combine Turkey, scallions, 5 teaspoons srirachia sauce, and sesame oil. Do not over mix.
- Grill Burgers until internal temperature reads 165. Lest rest 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix together mayo and remaining 3 t of srirachia sauce. Assemble burgers, Arugula, sauce, cucumbers, sweet onions, burger on top. Splash a little extra sauce on top. Spicy, and Yummy!!
