I started out making this recipe from a recipe I got out of a magazine. Tweeked it and made it healthier and my own.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 3 - scallions
  • 8 teaspoons srirachia sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low fat mayo or vegenaise
  • 12 slices cucumber slices
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 - sweet onion chopped
  • 1 cup arugula

How To Make korean turkey burger on greens

  • Step 1
    Preheat grill to medium-high
  • Step 2
    Combine Turkey, scallions, 5 teaspoons srirachia sauce, and sesame oil. Do not over mix.
  • Step 3
    Grill Burgers until internal temperature reads 165. Lest rest 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile mix together mayo and remaining 3 t of srirachia sauce. Assemble burgers, Arugula, sauce, cucumbers, sweet onions, burger on top. Splash a little extra sauce on top. Spicy, and Yummy!!
