I started out making this recipe from a recipe I got out of a magazine. Tweeked it and made it healthier and my own.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 3 - scallions
- 8 teaspoons srirachia sauce
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayo or vegenaise
- 12 slices cucumber slices
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 - sweet onion chopped
- 1 cup arugula
How To Make korean turkey burger on greens

Step 1Preheat grill to medium-high

Step 2Combine Turkey, scallions, 5 teaspoons srirachia sauce, and sesame oil. Do not over mix.

Step 3Grill Burgers until internal temperature reads 165. Lest rest 5 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile mix together mayo and remaining 3 t of srirachia sauce. Assemble burgers, Arugula, sauce, cucumbers, sweet onions, burger on top. Splash a little extra sauce on top. Spicy, and Yummy!!
