I started out making this recipe from a recipe I got out of a magazine. Tweeked it and made it healthier and my own.

    lean ground turkey
  • 3
  • 8 tsp
    srirachia sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    low fat mayo or vegenaise
  • 12 slice
    cucumber slices
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
    sweet onion chopped
  • 1 c

How to Make Korean Turkey Burger on greens


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high
  2. Combine Turkey, scallions, 5 teaspoons srirachia sauce, and sesame oil. Do not over mix.
  3. Grill Burgers until internal temperature reads 165. Lest rest 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile mix together mayo and remaining 3 t of srirachia sauce. Assemble burgers, Arugula, sauce, cucumbers, sweet onions, burger on top. Splash a little extra sauce on top. Spicy, and Yummy!!
