1 Tbsppeanut oil
1 1/2 tspginger
3 largechicken breasts chopped
1/2 cpeanut butter
1 1/2 tspsesame oil
1 Tbsplime juice fresh
How to Make Japanese Noodles & Lime peanut sauce
- In large skillet heat peanut oil on medium high heat. Saute ginger for about two minutes. Stir in chopped up chicken for about ten minutes or until juices run clear.
- Blend in half cup peanut butter and a fourth cup soy sauce and the sesame oil. Add the lime juice and cilantro.
- Blen well. Fold sauce into cooked noodles of your choice.
