1 1/2-2 cfinely chopped veggies (cabbage, zucchini, bean sprouts, celery)

1/2 cdiced onion

1/4 cfinely sliced mushroom

6eggs, beaten

·oil for frying
How to Make Egg Fu Yung
- Heat oil in skillet. Stri-fry veggies for 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Cook till eggs are done.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve together while hot.
