I love this stuff at our local Chinese buffet.

Ingredients

  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • EGG FU YUNG
  • 1 1/2-2 cups finely chopped veggies (cabbage, zucchini, bean sprouts, celery)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced mushroom
  • 6 - eggs, beaten
  • - oil for frying

How To Make egg fu yung

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in skillet. Stri-fry veggies for 1-2 minutes. Add eggs. Cook till eggs are done.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve together while hot.
