Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth, low salt
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

How To Make egg drop soup

  • Step 1
    Bring chicken broth to a boil. Reduce to medium after reaching boiling temperature.
  • Step 2
    Put in all ingredients and stir for about 5 minutes
  • Step 3
    Turn off stove and let sit for a few minutes to cool to desired eating temperature.
  • Step 4
    Serve with wontons or fried oriental noodles.
