Ingredients
- 6 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 1 teaspoon siracha sauce
- PRE-COOKED PROTEIN
- 2 cups shelled edamame
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 2 cups cooked tofu
How To Make easy spicy thai noodles with peanut sauce

Step 1Cook pasta and broccoli together until pasta is done.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, peanut butter and the siracha sauce. Stir to make a smooth sauce.

Step 3One minute before draining the pasta add the baby carrots and cook the additional minute.

Step 4Drain the pasta, broccoli and carrots and return to the pot. Add the protein of your choice and the sauce and mix well. Heat through and serve. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
