Ingredients

  • 8 cups prepared rice
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame sauce
  • 12 ounces boneless chicken strips
  • 3 cups thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas halved
  • 1 large bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons your favorite soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 4 - green onion small slices

How To Make chicken&vegetable stir fry

  • Step 1
    heat a large skillet over med high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat. add chicken cook 2 min on each side or until done. add cabbage , peas and bell pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until crisp tender. combine soy sauce and next 3 ingrediants in a small bowl; wisk. add soy sauce mixture to the pan; cook 1 minute, stirring gently to coat. serve with rice
