Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp
    kikoman soy sauce
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 3 Tbsp
    kikoman soy sauce
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced carrots
  • 3
    organic free range chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1
    white onion quartered
  • 1
    green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts

How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix 1st four ingredients add in the thinly sliced chicken, marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine next 4 ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.
  3. Stir fry the chicken in 1 tbsp coconut oil for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
    Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp of coconut oil for about 7 minutes.
    Pour sauce over the vegetables and add the chicken in. Boil until all veggies and chicken are fully cooked.
    Serve with my fried rice recipe! Enjoy!
