Ingredients

1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
kikoman soy sauce
2 clove
garlic minced
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
3 Tbsp
kikoman soy sauce
3/4 c
water
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
3 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
thinly sliced carrots
3
organic free range chicken breasts thinly sliced
2 c
broccoli florets
1
white onion quartered
1
green bell pepper chopped
1 can(s)
water chestnuts

How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix 1st four ingredients add in the thinly sliced chicken, marinade for 15 minutes.
  • 2Combine next 4 ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.
  • 3Stir fry the chicken in 1 tbsp coconut oil for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
    Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp of coconut oil for about 7 minutes.
    Pour sauce over the vegetables and add the chicken in. Boil until all veggies and chicken are fully cooked.
    Serve with my fried rice recipe! Enjoy!
