Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon kikoman soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons kikoman soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 3 - organic free range chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 - white onion quartered
- 1 - green bell pepper chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
How To Make chicken stir-fry

Step 1Mix 1st four ingredients add in the thinly sliced chicken, marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 2Combine next 4 ingredients in a measuring cup and set aside.

Step 3Stir fry the chicken in 1 tbsp coconut oil for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. Stir fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp of coconut oil for about 7 minutes. Pour sauce over the vegetables and add the chicken in. Boil until all veggies and chicken are fully cooked. Serve with my fried rice recipe! Enjoy!
