Ingredients

2 lb
lean ground beef
2 small
onions, chopped
1 c
chopped celery
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms
2 c
boiling water
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 c
cooked rice
1 c
coarsely chopped cashews
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Saute the meat; add celery, onions, mushrooms, and saute again. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degreesfor 35-45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
