Ingredients For cashew casserole

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 sm
    onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 c
    coarsely chopped cashews
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cashew casserole

  • 1
    Saute the meat; add celery, onions, mushrooms, and saute again. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degreesfor 35-45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
