Ingredients
- 1 package bread, white (cut into small squares)
- 1 - potato, chopped
- 1 - red onion, chopped
- 1 - yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - tomato on the vine, chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas, boiled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, unsalted
- 1-2 teaspoon chilli powder (depending on the amount of heat you can handle)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- - salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 1/4 - bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped (optional)
How To Make bread upma

Step 1Preheat the oven on Broil setting. In a large casserole dish, combine the bread pieces, little salt, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix nicely so as to make sure each piece has been coated well. Broil for 6 min or till the bread becomes golden brown in color, depending on the oven and remove the dish and set aside.

Step 2Meanwhile, to a sauce pan add 1 tbsp butter, remaining olive oil and saute the onion slices till they turn translucent for about 8 min.

Step 3Now stir in 1 tsp chilli powder, curry powder, salt and tomatoes and stir it again with the onion slices. fry for about 5 min.

Step 4Boil the potato and bell pepper pieces in the microwave for about 4-5 min and add it to the saucepan.

Step 5Once all the vegetables have cooked together for about 5 min, add the lemon juice and cilantro. Finally stir in the bread crumbs. Serve immediately and hot with Tomato Ketchup!
