I had this once and absolutely had to make it my own....can be eaten alone or over rice.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 pkg
    bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1 bunch
    scallions
  • 1 medium
    carrot, shredded
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 pinch
    red pepper flakes

How to Make Bean Sprout Slaw

Step-by-Step

  1. steam the bean sprouts for about 5 mins... just to soften a bit
  2. meanwhile, in a skillet add oil, saute the scallions and shredded carrots. ( a couple mins)
  3. drain sprouts, stir in...add the rest of the ingredients.... and that's it...so simple and delicious
    serve alone (drain) or over rice ( don't drain)
