bean sprout slaw
I had this once and absolutely had to make it my own....can be eaten alone or over rice.

Ingredients
- 1 package bean sprouts, fresh
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
How To Make bean sprout slaw

Step 1steam the bean sprouts for about 5 mins... just to soften a bit

Step 2meanwhile, in a skillet add oil, saute the scallions and shredded carrots. ( a couple mins)

Step 3drain sprouts, stir in...add the rest of the ingredients.... and that's it...so simple and delicious serve alone (drain) or over rice ( don't drain)
