I had this once and absolutely had to make it my own....can be eaten alone or over rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 package bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

How To Make bean sprout slaw

  • Step 1
    steam the bean sprouts for about 5 mins... just to soften a bit
  • Step 2
    meanwhile, in a skillet add oil, saute the scallions and shredded carrots. ( a couple mins)
  • Step 3
    drain sprouts, stir in...add the rest of the ingredients.... and that's it...so simple and delicious serve alone (drain) or over rice ( don't drain)
