Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/14 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound purple hyacinth beans (also know as lablab beans)
How To Make bean curry

Step 1Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions and turmeric till crisp. Remove from heat and set aside. Put the beans, salt and water to the onion infused oil. Cover and cook over a medium heat for 30 minutes. When it is soft, sprinkle the fried onions. Remove from heat.
