olive oil
1/2 small
head green cabbage -- chopped
1 small
white onion -- halved & sliced
1 medium
green bell pepper -- sliced
1 c
fresh mushrooms
1 small
turnip -- chopped
1 can(s)
la choy fancy bean sprouts


2 c
vegetable broth
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
chinese five spice
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
cayenne powder

How to Make All Veggie Stir Fry


  • 1Have all the vegetables prepared and ready to cook.
  • 2Place a wok or a wide frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil and swirl around the wok to coat.
  • 3Add the onions, cabbage, turnip, and stir-fry for a minute.
  • 4Then add the rest of your veggies and stir-fry for another couple of minutes until the veggies begins to soften.
  • 5Then you want to mix all all the ingredients for your stir-fry sauce in small bowl. Pour over stir fry just a few minutes to thicken after vegetables are done.
