Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 small head green cabbage -- chopped
  • 1 small white onion -- halved & sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper -- sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small turnip -- chopped
  • 1 can la choy fancy bean sprouts
  • STIR FRY SAUCE
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chinese five spice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder

How To Make all veggie stir fry

  • Step 1
    Have all the vegetables prepared and ready to cook.
  • Step 2
    Place a wok or a wide frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil and swirl around the wok to coat.
  • Step 3
    Add the onions, cabbage, turnip, and stir-fry for a minute.
  • Step 4
    Then add the rest of your veggies and stir-fry for another couple of minutes until the veggies begins to soften.
  • Step 5
    Then you want to mix all all the ingredients for your stir-fry sauce in small bowl. Pour over stir fry just a few minutes to thicken after vegetables are done.
