Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mango pieces, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tangerines, peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • cinnamon, for dusting

How To Make zingy tropical smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients except the cinnamon in the blender. Blend until smooth. If the mango and banana aren't frozen, you may need to add some ice.
  • Step 2
    Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
