1Wild Blueberry Smoothie
6 oz Wild Blueberries, fresh or frozen
6 oz vanilla, blueberry or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (if plain yogurt is used)
1/2 cup ice (3 ice cubes)
Blend well at high speed. Serve immediately. Wild Blueberry Smoothie serves 2.
3Have another yummy addition ~
3 cups frozen blueberries
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 piece of fresh ginger (walnut size)
13 oz. canned coconut milk (which I have posted a recipe on how to make your own)
Put 6 oz of the coconut milk in blender with brown sugar, ginger and blend til frothy ~
Pour remaing coconut milk into four glasses and and slowly add mixture. Stir gently with spoon to get marbled effect white and blue look ~ garnish with coconut floating on top.
