It is a beautiful Spring, and we like to take time to sit on our patio as we watch nature's creatures scamper in our backyard. On these occasions we like to enjoy a refreshing drink. One of our favorite fruits of the season is watermelon. My recipe for Watermelon Frappe is easy and delightful to the taste palette!

*Use your favorite brand of ice cream, lite or regular if you prefer! Another variation is substitute coffee for the watermelon, or berries, etc.
