  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt (chilled)
  • 1/2 - frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein(optional)

  • Step 1
    Combine all in blender.Cover and blend till smooth
