This tropical fruit drink is wonderfully refreshing. This really is not a Breakfast drink, its more of a fruit slushy. If you add protein powder and/or prepared oatmeal, it can be a nice filling beverage you can have in the morning that will last till lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 medium banana frozen and in chunks
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
- 1 cup plain yogurt, low fat
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks with juice (about 1/4 c juice)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package splenda (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax (optional)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 6 - ice cubes
How To Make tropical chiller

Step 1Place half of each ingredient in a blender; adding half of strawberries one at a time, cover and process until blended. Repeat with rest of ingredients; pulsing to break up strawberries and combine. Add ice and pulse to crush into smoothie. Pour into glasses.
