super healthy smoothie(berries, greens and flax!)
A friend turned me on to smoothies with greens added a couple of years ago. Since, I've experimented with different combinations. This is one of my favorites! Such a tasty way to get more greens in your diet...trust me, you CANNOT taste them! And, with berries, flax and yogurt, this is a healthy meal in a glass!

Ingredients
- 1 - banana
- 1 cup frozen berries(i like strawberries and blackberries)
- 1 - handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1 - small handful of parsley sprigs
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1/2 cup apple juice or coconut water(the pineapple variety is good!)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
