This smoothies is not only delicious, but it will get your body off to a great start. The celery and spinach provide fiber and vitamins. 1/2 bunchorganic spinach
1/2 corganic celery roughly chopped
3/4 cfrozen fruit (your choice) no sugar added
1/4 cvanilla or plain yogurt
1/4 crolled oats
1/2 cno sugar added orange juice
How to Make Super Green Breakfast Smoothie
- After the fruits, add in the yogurt and banana to smooth things out and add some sweetness. If you're not a yogurt fan, just add a bit of honey. Remember, that you can change up the fruits to whatever you like. I love to buy the big bags of frozen mixed fruits (peaches, mango, papaya, strawberry, banana). Whatever you love! That's the beauty of smoothies, you can make it just how you like it!
