Ingredients
- 1 large nectarine, pitted and quartered
- 1/2 large banana frozen and broken into chunks
- 1/2 large orange, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey or 2 tsp sugar or splenda
- 3/4 cup vanilla or plain yogurt, low fat
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Step 1Place the Nectarine slices, frozen Banana chunks, Vanilla Yogurt, Orange slices, juice and Honey into the blender. Add ice one or two cubes at a time and pulse until desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
