As a diabetic I have come to appreciate every sugar-free recipe i come across.This one will hit the spot on any cold day.It is really simple to make,that's what I go for,simple.I hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 - frozen banana
  • 1 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 6 - pkg.equal

How To Make sugar-free fruit smoothie

  • Step 1
    Peel and cut banana into chunks,freeze for 5-6 hours.Freeze strawberries.Place everything in blender and blend until smooth.Enjoy !
