  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen unsweetened
  • 4 ounces silken firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How To Make strawberry tofu smoothie

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients in blender; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
