Ingredients
- 1/2 small ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks, partially frozen if possible
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh mint (tough stems discarded)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (i used zoi honey yogurt)
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice (or equal parts fresh orange juice and plain kefir)
