Ingredients

  • 1/2 small ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks, partially frozen if possible
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint (tough stems discarded)
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (i used zoi honey yogurt)
  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice (or equal parts fresh orange juice and plain kefir)

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
