Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
I just purchased strawberries and will enjoy making this for breakfast.
Healthy and good for you and fills you up and will keep hunger at bay for a few hours.

- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 14 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
I just purchased some strawberries and this recipe will be perfect for me to use them. I never tried soy milk so I may use vanilla almond milk in place of the soy milk. I think I will also add a touch of cinnamon to the recipe too. I have steel cut oatmeal on hand and may use that in the recipe too.
