Ingredients

  • 3 - frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons prepared quick oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ (optional)
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla low fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey or 2 splenda packets
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes, more if desired
  • 1 - small graham cracker square crumbled for on top

How To Make strawberry cheesecake smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place 1/2 cup of the ice in blender and pulse to break up. Add strawberries and pulse to do the same. Add oatmeal, wheat germ, yogurt and cream cheese. Add vanilla extract and honey or splenda to blender and pulse a few times then blend till thick, but smooth. Add additional ice if desired and pulse to break up and blend another 10 seconds. Enjoy.
