  • 1/2 cup organic pulp free premium orange juice
  • 1/2 cup organic strawberries (frozen foods)
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup organic low-fat blended plain super yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons optional organic milled flax & chia seeds blend

How To Make strawberries-bananas smoothie

  • Step 1
    Add juice, strawberries, bananas, and yogurt to blender. (Optional: add flax and chia seeds.) Blend until smooth.
