    strawberries(sliced and cleaned or frozen)
  • 1/2
    banana
  • 1
    large handful of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla yogurt(more of less whatever you like)
  • 1/2 c
    very cold 2% milk

How To Make spinach berry breakfast smoothie

    Throw all ingrediants in a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. It will be green but do not let that deter you away..it tastes great...and very healthy
