- 4 large strawberries(sliced and cleaned or frozen)
- 1/2 - banana
- 1 - large handful of spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt(more of less whatever you like)
- 1/2 cup very cold 2% milk

Step 1Throw all ingrediants in a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. It will be green but do not let that deter you away..it tastes great...and very healthy
