I've recently discovered PB2 powdered peanut butter and I LOVE the stuff. Ingredients are simple (peanuts, salt, sugar) It adds a delicious peanut butter flavor to my morning banana smoothie!

  • 1 md
    ripe banana, sliced and frozen.
  • 1 c
    skim milk (if you prefer dairy free, you can use almond or soy milk)
  • 2 Tbsp
    pb2 (powdered peanut butter with 90% less fat)
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make so good! peanut butter-banana smoothie/shake!

    Place all ingredients into single serving blender. I use the single serving mixer on the Ninja. The Magic Bullet blender works great for smoothies too, though a regular blender will do the trick!

    Blend everything on high until smooth and frothy.

    Pour into a 16 oz. glass or 2 (8 oz.) glasses if sharing. Add a straw! Sip. Delicious!
