So Good! Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie/Shake!
1 mediumripe banana, sliced and frozen.
1 cskim milk (if you prefer dairy free, you can use almond or soy milk)
2 Tbsppb2 (powdered peanut butter with 90% less fat)
How to Make So Good! Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothie/Shake!
- Place all ingredients into single serving blender. I use the single serving mixer on the Ninja. The Magic Bullet blender works great for smoothies too, though a regular blender will do the trick!
- Blend everything on high until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a 16 oz. glass or 2 (8 oz.) glasses if sharing. Add a straw! Sip. Delicious!
