i used to make these all the time. i added the banana cos it contains potassium in it. this was my breakfast and sometimes lunch lol but they taste great and u can still lose wieght with it along with exercize ect.... of course

Ingredients

  • - 1 can choc slim fast
  • - 1 smal [or 1/2 med] banana ripe.
  • - 6-8 ice cubes

How To Make slim fast smoothies number 1

  • Step 1
    put ice cubes in blender. pour slim fast over ice cubes slice banana up into blender
  • Step 2
    press button on hi for abot a minute. check to make sure ice cubes r crushed if not press button on high for about a minute again then pour into chilled glass or chilled ice tea glass
  • Step 3
    then endulge ur self u deserve it. its healthy and tastes great and u feel like ur cheatin and ur not!!!!!!!!!!!!
