- 1 1/2 cups fresh diced pineapple
- 1 - banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or water)
How To Make rise & shine smoothie

Step 1Chop Pineapple into a small Dice. Slice Banana into Round slices. Combine everything in blender until Smooth and Creamy. And Enjoy!
