Razzy Lemon Smoothie
1/2 clow fat plain (or lemon flavored) yogurt or 1/4 c milk and 1/4 c yogurt)
1 Tbsplemon juice
10frozen raspberries (or 7 frozen strawberries)
2 tsphoney or 1 splenda packet
1 Tbspflax (optional)
How to Make Razzy Lemon Smoothie
- place ice in blender and pulse a few times to break up. Add yogurt, lemon juice and half of the raspberries and pulse. Add remaining berries, flax, honey or splenda and blend to desired consistency.
This is a thick drink. If you wish to dilute more, you can use half yogurt and half milk, which works a bit better if you don't want to have a thicker smoothie.
