This drink is thick and satisfying. The strong raspberry taste along with the sweetness of the honey throw me into summer!

Ingredients

  • 4 - ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain (or lemon flavored) yogurt or 1/4 c milk and 1/4 c yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10 - frozen raspberries (or 7 frozen strawberries)
  • 2 teaspoons honey or 1 splenda packet
  • 1 tablespoon flax (optional)

How To Make razzy lemon smoothie

  • Step 1
    place ice in blender and pulse a few times to break up. Add yogurt, lemon juice and half of the raspberries and pulse. Add remaining berries, flax, honey or splenda and blend to desired consistency. This is a thick drink. If you wish to dilute more, you can use half yogurt and half milk, which works a bit better if you don't want to have a thicker smoothie.
