purple morning
I have been making this smoothie every morning all week. Low in carbs and calories, high in fiber and protein. I had a very busy week especially mornings. I started low carb again but noticed the wieght at a stand still. I know its because Iv been missing breakfast. So I came up with my purple morning, and dropped 3lbs!!! This shake is very satisfying and tastey, and holds me off til lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond soy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 3 - 1/2 inch slice frozen banana slices
- 3 teaspoons flax seeds
How To Make purple morning

Step 1Place all ingredients in blender.

Step 2I use my bullet. Blend till nice and smooth. Pour in glass or to go container with straw, and your on your way to a great start!! Enjoy!!!
