I have been making this smoothie every morning all week. Low in carbs and calories, high in fiber and protein.
I had a very busy week especially mornings. I started low carb again but noticed the wieght at a stand still. I know its because Iv been missing breakfast. So I came up with my purple morning, and dropped 3lbs!!! This shake is very satisfying and tastey, and holds me off til lunch.
