- 1 cup silk light (or lowfat milk)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup ice (or more)
