This is a great fall breakfast smoothie when you are on the go! Not loaded with calories, but high in fiber and taste!

  • 1 package french vanilla instant breakfast (regular or sugar free)
  • 1 cup silk light (or lowfat milk)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup ice (or more)

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
