Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
If you are not used to protein shakes, they make an excellent breakfast-on-the-go. You can get flavored protein powders in most grocery stores, in the natural foods section.

8-10 ozmilk, soy milk, or almond milk
1serving (scoop) vanilla flavored protein powder
1/4 ccanned or pureed pumpkin
1/4 tsppumpkin pie spice
1 tspmaple syrup (optional)
