If you regularly make protein shakes, try this combination. It tastes just like pumpkin pie!
If you are not used to protein shakes, they make an excellent breakfast-on-the-go. You can get flavored protein powders in most grocery stores, in the natural foods section.

1/4 c
canned or pureed pumpkin
1/4 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp
maple syrup (optional)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
  • 2Not into protein powders? Make this a sweet treat by substituting 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream for the protein powder and ice cubes.
