- 1 - serving (scoop) vanilla flavored protein powder
- 1/4 cup canned or pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- 3 - ice cubes

Step 2Not into protein powders? Make this a sweet treat by substituting 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream for the protein powder and ice cubes.
