This is packed full of fiber and protein...and it's delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 ounces vanilla greek yogurt (i prefer oikos)
  • 8 ounces silk vanilla soymilk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (i use designer whey)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

How To Make power smoothie

  • Step 1
    add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
  • Step 2
    enjoy!
