Ingredients

1 small
banana
1 c
frozen strawberries
6 oz
vanilla greek yogurt (i prefer oikos)
8 oz
silk vanilla soymilk
1 1/2 Tbsp
vanilla protein powder (i use designer whey)
1 tsp
chia seeds

Step-By-Step

1add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
2enjoy!
