- 1 small banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 6 ounces vanilla greek yogurt (i prefer oikos)
- 8 ounces silk vanilla soymilk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (i use designer whey)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Step 1add all ingredients (in order) to the jar of a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
