power banana/chocolate breakfast oatmeal smoothie
For those that use protein powder or would like to use but afraid it will taste awful, try this smoothie. Tastes like a chocolate covered banana. The ricotta makes it smooth and creamy. Just LOVE this. It is not a thick smoothie, if you would like it thicker, use more ice in the blender. I also used a tablespoon of Benefiber in mine, but this is not necessary.

Step 1Place 2 ice cubes and pulse blender to break up ice. Add ricotta cheese, oatmeal and blend some more. Step 2Note: This is not a smoothie with a malt-like consistency, more of a chocolate milk one. For a thicker smoothie, add additional ice to the blender and use a frozen banana.
